Returns will be accepted within 28 days of receiving your purchase.
The return costs are paid by the customer. Returns will not be accepted when:
Items are not returned in their original condition, that is, they have been worn, damaged or shipped without original packaging, or if items are returned outside of the specified return period. Product returns or exchanges have a customer charge of € 5 in Spain, € 9 in the rest of Europe, and € 12 in the rest of the world. This amount includes and guarantees the collection of the items at home and the successful delivery to CoolQuarter.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND REPAIRS All products are quality tested. If despite this there are any defects, we will change them without problem. Please note that wear and tear during normal use is not considered a defect. The exchange will be made free of charge if you have received an item with a defect.
